Job Title: Admin and Inventory Assistant (Temporary)
Location: Berkhamsted, HP4
Pay Rate: £22 - £25ph
Main Aims
* Create an accurate and comprehensive inventory of equipment and spare parts.
* Support the team in maintaining organised and up-to-date inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct a thorough inventory of equipment and spare parts.
* Maintain and update inventory records using MS Excel and MS 365, ensuring accuracy.
* Generate reports and summaries related to inventory levels and equipment status.
* Perform data entry tasks to ensure all inventory and equipment records are accurate and current.
* Liaise with team members to ensure proper tracking and reporting of inventory.
* Assist the manager with ad-hoc tasks related to inventory management.
