All our client visits are at least an hour, often more, and our Care Professionals are matched to provide continuity to help develop meaningful and trusting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organise all rotas and staffing requirements.
2. Engage positively with all Care Professionals, being pivotal in maintaining their interest and availability.
3. Liaise with all staff and clients on a daily basis to ensure everyone knows who is doing what and when.
4. Provide out of hours 'on call' assistance on a rotational basis.
5. Support delivery of client visits if no one else is available to cover.
What you'll need:
1. Experience of working in the care sector - ideally 1 year minimum.
2. Sound knowledge and understanding of People Planner software system (or similar scheduling system).
3. Exceptional organisational skills.
4. Knowledgeable of the local area.
5. Flexible and able to prioritise a changing to-do list.
6. Detail-oriented and conscientious.
7. Trustworthy and reliable.
8. Self-motivated.
9. Articulate and a good communicator.
10. Good with English (verbally and written).
11. Proficient in using a computer (especially Word, Excel, and MS Office).
12. Able to work in a team.
13. A car driver.
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic, and 'can-do' Care Coordinator/Scheduler. We are expanding throughout Bath and West Wiltshire area and looking for the right person with excellent administrative, IT, and people skills to help drive our highly regarded care business forward.
This is a full-time position based in Corsham, Wiltshire. The hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, plus sharing out of hours phone support. All appointments are subject to a satisfactory DBS check and references.

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (NB: included in this salary is £1,900 for out of hours support).
