Harvey Nash have partnered exclusively with the University of Leeds to recruit an Azure Engineer. This role is a key component of the digital transformation underway as they look to deliver exceptional cloud and integration services for their technical and development teams.
The university has set out an ambitious plan to enhance student education, research, and corporate systems through increased use of technology, data, and digital approaches as part of the new strategy.
As the Azure Cloud Engineer, you will be tasked with building, maintaining and further developing the Back End infrastructure for the Middleware developers, helping to integrate new services in phases and supporting the current workflows through Azure Integration Services.

Experience of interest:
Azure Infrastructure management and administration expertise
Strong experience with Terraform, Git, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure API-Management
Experience with other Azure integration services would be desirable (Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure Functions, Event Grid etc.)
Knowledge and experience with Platform as a Service.
Maintaining optimised and scalable production environments
Knowledge of web services, REST APIs and ETL would be beneficial, but not essential
Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile ways of working would be beneficial
They are able to pay £38,000-£53,115 | 21.6% pension | 2 days per month on-site | 42 days holiday | Microsoft Certification and training budget + many more
