You’ll have access to some great benefits including: • 6% company contribution pension • 24 days holiday plus bank holidays • Free parking • Subsidised public transport • Huge range of company discountsThe role As the Assurance and Performance Analyst you will be responsible for assuring against the current risk portfolio of MAG and the current and expected continuation of demand for second line assurance, against regulatory compliance and defence of our ‘BAU’ supply network occurrences and contingencies. You will provide continued proactive assurance performance reporting as the function PMO, working with and reporting to the Group Compliance and Assurance Lead, to develop and deliver second line assurance governance and reporting compliance. You will also be responsible for ensuring good communication channels between MAG’s Group Health & Fire Safety and Operational Resilience teams, engaging and collaborating with key Group function stakeholders, to incorporate into the MAG governance model via the development of a MAG strategic function model. As a central group position, there is expectation and requirement for travel across the three Airport sites.What will make you successful in the role? You will have a strong skillset in developing and facilitating compliance and assurance programme delivery, with the ability to challenge and hold senior leaders to account for their programme delivery responsibilities. You will possess strong communication and influencing skills and be highly skilled in developing high level data, information, and reports for Directors and senior leaders in the business. Previous PMO or change delivery experience as well as an industry recognised Health, Fire Safety Qualification such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent would be beneficial.
