Admin/Accounts Assistant

Employing only the best in specialist, multi-skilled refrigeration and compressor re-manufacturing engineers, we ensure our team remains at the forefront of development in this very specialist refrigeration compressor industry.
Due to retirement, we are looking to recruit a person to assist the Accounts / Office Manager in various duties as and when required.
Duties:
* Using SAGE to prepare documents for deliveries to customers and raise sales invoices accordingly.
* Use online booking system for APC & The Pallet Network.
* Obtain PODs and record details on sales order delivery notes.
* Update Purchase Orders/Sales Orders from Delivery Notes & Invoices.
* Match and Batch Purchase Orders/Invoices and enter onto SAGE.
