Bryanston is seeking a dedicated Matron to join us in one of our boarding houses on a part-time basis. Reporting to the House Parent, your duties will include all aspects of pupil care, both pastoral and practical including a close working relationship with the Medical Centre. You will also liaise with both the Housekeeping and Estates departments to ensure that the boarding house is maintained to a high standard.
This non-residential post will ideally suit someone with considerable experience of working with children, preferably in a Matron role or similar. The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, flexible, and a strong communicator who will be fully committed to providing the best possible care to our boarding pupils.
