We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Merchandise Manager to join our team at Lands’ End Europe in Oakham, Rutland. This role is responsible for developing site content strategy & execution to optimally merchandise Digital experiences across all Lands’ End Europe. Accountable to drive sales results through ideal site Merchandising for all European sites including Site Taxonomy, Attribution & Site Navigation as well as on-site Search also Analysis of Key product strategies. Key Deliverables from the Role: Digital Strategy & Execution for 3 EU sites: Developing site content strategy, Planning & execution within GTM process. Including New country expansion Driving Product Recommendations/Cross merchandising Providing analysis of key product categories & merchandising strategies Site Taxonomy, Attribution & Site Navigation to enhance customer experience onsite Internal Search Optimisation work to improve search and provide insights Improve Conversion rate onsite Influence others within the business using data / knowledge to make decisions What we need from you: Previous experience as a digital merchandiser within a fashion, apparel, lifestyle retail or similar ‘trend’ based environment. Experience of online navigation, product selection, merchandising and business analysis. Experience using customer experience tools Experience using Business Objects and other bespoke financial reporting tools Must be able to optimize a customer’s digital experience independently leveraging Digital tools such as Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics, MDM/PIM product catalog attribution tools. Experience working with content management systems, working in an online fashion business and working with 3rd party retailers is desirable Solid communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of an organization. Please note this role is hybrid and will require 9 days a month in the Rutland office as well local and market store visits. We Value People.
