Job Description
* Lead and manage the Quality Team to ensure consistent product quality.
* Implement and maintain the Quality Management System.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
* Work closely with the Manufacturing and Engineering teams to improve product quality.
* Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
* Conduct internal audits and manage external audits.
* Manage the company's quality training programme.
* Report on quality performance to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Deputy Quality Manager should have:
* Experience in a Quality Management role within the FMCG industry.
* Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
* Experience in managing a team.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and leadership abilities.
