Park Agencies is a leading designer and developer of licensed merchandise and apparel. Since 2005, PA has developed and maintained close relationships with essential buyers, brand developers, and retail groups throughout the UK, Europe, and USA.
We have two offices in the UK - Brighton and Manchester, and have recently relocated administrative functions to Brighton (in the North Lanes). We are looking for a special someone to join the PA family and help drive the business forward. It's busy! Always!
Duties include:
1. Taking responsibility for the approvals process (from design concept through to delivery in store) with own portfolio of licenses as a key member of the approvals team.
2. Ensuring that pre-production and production approvals are received in a timely manner.
3. Uploading necessary information onto numerous licence and logistics extranets.
4. Helping to ensure that the PA tracker is kept up to date with production and approvals information.
5. Maintaining and cultivating good relationships with Licensors.
6. Processing product samples as they arrive at the office in a timely manner, maintaining up to date imagery and inventory of samples.
7. Working closely with allocated sales managers and providing support across a range of activities from initial design, sales, and approvals.
8. Maintaining lists of selections across allocated Licensors using available software.
9. Co-ordinating sales updates/reports for Licensors across an individual portfolio of Licences.
Requirements:
1. Strong attention to detail
2. Good organisational skills
3. Familiarity with business processes and systems
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent Excel skills.
6. Must have an interest in fashion, perhaps a related degree or good academic degree.
