We’re looking for an Attendance & Wellbeing Project Lead to drive forward innovative strategies that support our people and business performance. Working closely with key stakeholders, you’ll champion a culture where wellbeing and proactive absence management are embedded in everyday operations. What you’ll be doing: Develop and drive a holistic Attendance & Wellbeing strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. Lead and manage attendance improvement projects from planning through execution, delivering measurable results. Collaborate closely with HR, business leaders, and external partners to embed wellbeing and proactive absence management into daily operations. Monitor and report on attendance and wellbeing initiatives, using data insights to drive continuous improvement. Influence cultural change, ensuring wellbeing and attendance are treated as business priorities alongside safety. About You: Proven experience in project management, preferably within HR, wellbeing, or attendance-related initiatives. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across all levels. Expertise in wellbeing and attendance strategies, with knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practices. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
