Reference: 3769f8b0 Job Purpose: I am a friendly lady with a range of complex health needs including: Meniere's Disease, Diabetes, Congestive Cardiac failure and Fibromyalgia. I am seeking a PA to assist me with everyday living tasks such as personal and domestic care, cooking and when required, to drive me to appointments. The Meniere's Disease causes me to become very dizzy when standing, as such I require someone who can watch over me while I'm on my feet. I can become breathless when moving short distances, as such, I require assistance with getting washed and dressed, going to the bathroom, general housework, including; washing and ironing clothes, putting shopping away, vacuuming and mopping and keeping the kitchen and bathroom hygienic. Due to mobility problems, caused by Arthritis, I use crutches while inside my home and require the use of a wheelchair when out and about. The Fibromyalgia can cause me to become quite tired, as such I sometimes need to sleep a lot and require someone who is able to work to their own initiative. I have a great love of good food and cooking. Before my health issues I would greatly enjoy throwing dinner parties, as such someone who is able to cook would be ideal. Due to my diabetes I also require someone who can prepare food in line with a Diabetic diet. As well as good food, I also enjoy making cards and crochet and you might often find a ball of yarn bouncing along the floor. I require someone who can work for 7.5 hours per week, on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (2.5 hours each day). Job share will be considered for this role.
