Providing expert advice and operational support on the full range of reward related activities
With the support of the Senior Reward Adviser lead the operation of job evaluation. Ensuring the Client have a modern reward offer, which considers legislation and organisational priorities. Support the implementation of national pay awards and policy development and changes
This role will play a key role advising on a wide range of issues to ensure Equal Pay legislation and policy compliance to avoid potential legal claims and maintain good employee relations alongside development of reward, recognition, pay and benefits which supports the Client in becoming an employer of choice.
