We are looking for a Network Logistics Technician to support the Network Construction Team in completing large-scale Mains renewal schemes within the regional area.
Responsibilities include:
* Effective end-to-end stock management of materials and fittings, maintaining appropriate stock levels and ensuring safety and good order of equipment.
* Checking stock levels and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and compliance on-site.
* Maintaining, inspecting, and safely storing plant, tools, and equipment.
* Ordering and delivering plant, tools, and equipment as needed.
* Accurately recording and managing materials and fittings for main renewal schemes.
* Supporting construction activities by delivering and maintaining plant and equipment.
Candidate requirements:
* Experience in logistics roles, preferably in Mains Renewal schemes or with an NCO Qualification, from a utilities background.
* Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to make prompt, clear decisions and work under pressure.
* Experience in onsite construction work and transportation/delivery of materials and equipment.
* Full UK driving license.
* A positive attitude, caring nature, and diversity-minded approach.
