My client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and fast-paced business, which has experienced substantial growth and has exciting plans for future development.


Role

1. Contract Administration
2. Subcontract and Material Procurement
3. Contractor/Subcontractor Negotiation
4. Cost Value Reconciliation
5. Processing and agreeing client and subcontractor monthly valuations and accounts


About You:

1. Hold a degree in a field related to the role, such as Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
2. Proven experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Management for either a construction company, consultancy or private practice
3. Full UK Driving License, Own Transport, and the ability to travel to different areas of the UK for site visits


The Package:

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Company Car or Car Allowance
Company Pension
