Role Overview
As an Online Sales Representative for Snappy Shot Events, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and drive sales by leveraging social media platforms. You’ll use creative strategies to engage with potential customers, showcase our services, and convert interest into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Engagement: Actively manage and engage with our audience on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to promote our services.
2. Lead Generation: Identify, connect with, and nurture potential clients online, creating a pipeline of qualified leads.
3. Content Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling posts, stories, and campaigns that drive inquiries and interest.
4. Direct Outreach: Use social media tools like DMs, comments, and targeted ads to initiate conversations with potential customers and build relationships.
5. Client Follow-Up: Respond promptly to inquiries, provide detailed information about our services, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
6. Reporting: Track lead generation activities, conversion rates, and sales metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed.
7. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with:
1. Social Media Expertise: A deep understanding of social media platforms and how to use them for lead generation.
2. Sales Skills: Proven ability to build relationships, close sales, and hit targets.

Requirements
1. Experience in sales, social media management, or lead generation (preferred).
2. Knowledge of the events or wedding industry is an advantage but not essential.
3. Access to reliable internet and the ability to work remotely.
4. Availability to work flexible hours to respond to inquiries and engage with audiences.
