We offer an excellent training and induction programme for everyone As a Support Worker within our Support at Home Outreach Service, you will provide individuals with up to 24 hour support, in their homes and community based outreach, to enable them to live independently and fulfil their interests through valuable leisure time. Your daily responsibilities will include: Providing essential support with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes. Assisting customers during outings and appointments, ensuring they feel valued and supported. Promoting independence through our Person-Centred approach, helping individuals achieve their personal aspirations. Keeping accurate records to ensure the highest standards of care. Work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families. Ideally have personal care experience (not essential). Be able to work under pressure and as a team. Flexibility to work within rostered hours / prepared to participate in an on-call rota where required.
