As a Lidl Warehouse IT Analyst, you will be supporting the onsite Warehouse teams, such as logistics, sales, supply chain, continuing to keep our IT systems running smoothly.
From installing new hardware and software to investigating and troubleshooting any IT issues, you’ll be the first IT point of contact at our brand new Luton Regional Distribution centre. You’ll also visit and support different regions on an ad-hoc basis therefore availability to travel is essential.

What you'll do
1. Be the IT expert for our warehouses and admin teams
2. Installation, maintenance and monitoring of IT equipment in the Regional Distribution Centre and Enfield region
3. Investigate, troubleshoot and solve any IT issues
4. Support the day-to-day running of the Administration, Sales and Logistics departments
5. Maintaining Service Level targets
6. Managing incidents, requests and problems in a timely manner
7. Assisting with End User training
8. Ensuring that all assets are maintained within our asset management system
What you'll need
1. Experience of providing first-line support, ideally in an ITIL environment
2. Understanding of IT systems including servers, networks and printers
3. A knack for managing and maintaining databases
4. Initiative and drive to deliver excellent customer service skills
5. A confident communication style and strong organisational skills
6. A proactive, can-do attitude
7. Experience of using appropriate IT technology, methods, principles and equipment such as:
* Win8/Win10
* Laptop / desktop support
* Basic Networking knowledge
* Active Directory
* Incident management systems
1. Experience of using the following IT technology would be desirable:
* SCCM/MECM
* MAC
* Cisco Phone Systems or other similar system
2. Driving licence is essential
