About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Educational Psychologists to join our growing network of professionals completing EHCNA (Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment) requests across the UK. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work both remotely and face-to-face, supporting children and families nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive EHCNA assessments, including gathering information from parents, schools, and other professionals.
Write clear, concise, and legally compliant EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) reports.
Attend multi-agency meetings and contribute to the development of effective support plans.
Maintain accurate records and adhere to all relevant legislation and guidelines.
Communicate effectively with children, families, schools, and local authorities.
Be willing to travel for face-to-face assessments as required (F2F only).
Requirements:
Qualified and registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council).
Experience in conducting EHCNA assessments and writing EHCPs.
Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
Willingness to travel for face-to-face assessments.
Access to reliable internet and appropriate technology for remote working.
