The Finance Manager will play an instrumental role in shaping the financial operations of the business, contributing to its strategic vision and long-term success.
What will the Finance Manager role involve?
* Oversee accurate financial record keeping, including sales and purchase invoices, journals, accruals, and prepayments.
* Prepare monthly management accounts and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring performance.
* Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
* Lead the preparation of annual budgets, trading and cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
* Produce VAT returns, maintain bank reconciliations, and update the fixed asset register.
* Provide financial guidance and reports to non-finance team members.
* Manage payroll preparation.
