IT Support Specialist required by my leading IT provider.
You will be working in a leading and expanding IT environment where you will be supporting all things Microsoft, Cloud & Telephony.
We're looking for an IT Support Specialist with strong people skills coupled with the want to build on your sound infrastructure experience!
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for cloud-based systems, infrastructure, and telephony solutions.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently.
3. Assist with system upgrades and configurations.
4. Support users with day-to-day technical queries.
You:
1. Experience in IT support, particularly with cloud platforms and VoIP/telephony in an MSP.
2. 365, AD, Cloud support.
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Good communication and customer service abilities.
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work in the office 3 days a week following an initial probationary period.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and have excellent communication skills.
