Main Duties Provide support to the Head of Membership & Communications to deliver the organisation’s membership development strategy. Coordinate, manage and the production of member communications such as mailings and announcements. Manage the membership process and support country managers and colleagues with this process. Support the customer services team to answer membership first line enquiries and be the main point of contact for more complex enquiries from members. Develop and deliver membership recruitment campaigns. Develop and track membership engagement activities with the communications team and regional development team. Review, maintain and develop membership services and support the country managers with this. Oversee the data management and cleansing in the CRM to ensure the data is as up to date as possible. Report on membership as required. Provide membership support material such as presentations for reps and staff. Coordinate the membership survey. Support IPAF member events as required. Oversee and manage the information in the membership area of the website. Upholding the IPAF rules and ensuring Country Managers uphold membership rules as part of the membership cycle.
