Responsibilities:
* Responsible for receiving, unloading, and loading large parts orders and small equipment orders and verifying the accuracy and condition of all incoming and outgoing orders.
* Receiving bundles and attachments and coordinating storage and delivery to the shop for installation.
* Moving parts between the main building and warehouse as needed.
* Assembly of small turf products and attachments.
* Keeping storage areas clean and organized.
* Performing stock checks and perpetual inventory checks.
* Responsible for core returns and any other returns.
* Responsible for ensuring all invoices are receipted in a timely manner.
* Putting stock away.
* Operating a fork/reach truck when necessary.
* Responsible for reports such as Barcode, No bin, Negative bin, Credit tracking, and transfers.
* Shipping and receiving of transfers from other stores.
* Shipping of parts via couriers.
* Surplus returns of deadstock parts monthly.
* Returning of property to dicom logistics such as totes/repacks.
* Other associated tasks as required by the Parts Managers.
Skills and Requirements:
* Basic parts and machinery knowledge.
* Good organization, time management skills, and self-motivation.
* Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Knowledge of office/departmental procedures.
* General understanding of mechanical/technical terms is preferred.
* Forklift license is an asset.
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
* Rotating weekends and on-call participation will be required.
* Some heavy lifting is required.
