Business Development Manager
The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a cutting-edge online trading platform revolutionising the drinks industry. Specialising in spirits, beers, wines, champagnes, and non-alcoholic beverages, this platform connects brand owners with wholesalers, cash & carries, and buyers across over 100 countries. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving new business, onboarding new members, and helping develop long-lasting relationships with retailers and wholesalers. You will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow the platform’s user base, ensuring seamless experiences for customers while identifying opportunities for further growth.
The key focus of this role will be prospecting and securing new business, driving forward the adoption of the platform, and collaborating with internal teams to customise solutions that fit clients’ needs. You will also work closely with marketing to create targeted campaigns that resonate with FMCG businesses.
Business Development Manager – Requirements:
To be considered for the Business Development Manager role, we are looking for candidates who have:
* Proven experience in new business sales, ideally in the FMCG or commercial sector.
* Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with purchasing managers, sales managers, and general managers.

The Package for Business Development Manager:
* £35,000 – £40,000 basic salary £15,000 OTE
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
