What You’ll Be Doing Supporting children across KS1 and KS2, tailoring learning strategies to meet individual needs. Promoting inclusion and fostering positive relationships between children and adults. Collaborating with teachers and staff to deliver effective teaching and learning activities. Utilizing your knowledge of the National Curriculum to help children achieve age-related expectations. Supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health needs in their learning journeys. Confidently using IT tools like Smart Boards, Word, and the internet to enhance classroom experiences. About You Be able to do the job as described. Possess a TA qualification or equivalent and a strong understanding of the National Curriculum. Show a passion for working with children with social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Be a flexible, enthusiastic, and energetic team player. Have experience with speech and language support (preferred but not essential).
