We are currently seeking an experienced Remarketing Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in maximizing the resale value of our vehicles and driving strategic remarketing solutions.
Role Overview:
As a Remarketing Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the remarketing of our automotive inventory, working closely with dealerships, fleet owners, and other stakeholders. Your role will focus on optimizing return on investment by leveraging market data, creating targeted sales strategies, and managing end-to-end remarketing campaigns. Your efforts will help ensure that our vehicles reach the right buyers, at the right time, maximizing profitability and driving long-term business success.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business strategies and plans to expand the customer base and increase re-sale revenue and profit
* Identify and secure new business opportunities with key dealer partners, OEMs, vehicle leasing providers, traders and auction houses
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
* Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
* Monitor the market and competition to identify trends and new opportunities
* Ongoing review of the existing fleet to identify specific opportunities to maximise remarketing returns for the business
* Oversee reporting of performance to key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
* Assist in the planning, budgeting and forecasting of remarketing revenue and profitability
* Track sales performance and analyse data to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction
Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:
* Proven experience in Sales/business development within the Automotive industry
* Previous sales experience within the Vehicle Remarketing industry would be a distinct advantage
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and comfortable working with, and as part of, the Commercial team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of marketing, sales, and customer service processes
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
