Your role will be key in supporting our leadership team and ensuring high-quality customer service across the board. Key Responsibilities: Be the friendly face of Cavello House—greet guests, manage calls, and ensure visitors feel welcomed and valued. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms, ordering refreshments, and maintaining office supplies. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and catering for meetings. Support with internal mail distribution, facility management, and other ad-hoc duties as needed. Take minutes at meetings and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in office administration or reception roles. Strong communication and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
