Ridge PM is looking to hire a Marketing & Leasing Assistant for their Build-to-Rent portfolio of over 4,000 homes. The full-service platform acquires, develops, manages, and operates high quality rental homes across the UK. The business is focused on delivering and operating Build-to-Rent residential housing that is purposely designed and professionally managed for our residents.
The company’s ambition is to become the UK’s leading specialist manager of Build-to-Rent residential communities across the UK.
The Marketing & Leasing Assistant will support marketing, leasing, and the overall resident experience across our northern neighbourhoods, including Manchester, Salford, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, and Birmingham. From managing online property listings and creating engaging social media content that grabs attention, to dressing and checking show apartments, updating competitor analysis, and more, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our brand presence and ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and current residents.
While this role is primarily marketing-focused, you may occasionally assist with leasing - whether that’s responding to enquiries, helping with resident queries, or supporting the smooth operation of our neighbourhoods when needed.
We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, fresh ideas, and a keen eye for detail who is eager to set best-in-class standards and help deliver an exceptional experience to our residents and guests.
This role will report directly into the Head of Marketing & Leasing.
Key responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Awareness
* Campaigns & Content – Support marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media to drive brand awareness and enquiries.
* Website & Listings – Keep property listings, pricing, blogs, and local guides up to date across websites and portals like Rightmove and OnTheMarket.
* Show Apartments & Visuals – Help stage and check show apartments, coordinate photoshoots, and ensure visuals align with brand standards.
* Brand Management – Maintain a strong and consistent brand presence across marketing materials, building signage, and resident touchpoints.
Social Media & Resident Experience
* Content & Storytelling – Work with the community teams to create engaging social media posts - copy, images, and videos.
* Resident Collateral – Manage welcome packs, branded gifts, and resident-focused content like welcome and birthday cards.
* Events & Partnerships – Assist with promoting resident events and building partnerships with local businesses to offer perks to our residents.
Competitor & Market Insights
* Market Research – Conduct competitor pricing reviews and mystery shopping to stay ahead of trends.
* Resident Feedback – Help roll out surveys and monitor online reviews to improve the resident experience.
General Support
* Marketing Admin – Support marketing planning, ordering, and reporting.
* Ad-Hoc Leasing Support – Occasionally assist with enquiries and resident queries and leasing admin when needed.
