My client is recruiting for an Administrator to join their team in a part-time role, ideally 20-25 hours per week over 4 or 5 days. Key Responsibilities Answer telephone calls, monitor emails, and greet showroom visitors. Open and distribute post; handle daily trips to the post box. Update records and databases; maintain paper filing systems. Type and send quotes; collate and send customer contracts. Register completed jobs online with relevant bodies. Manage office supplies and order factory stock as needed.
