Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service to UK and international customers
* Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Address customer concerns and find effective solutions, logging complaints accordingly
* Process quotations and purchase orders
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Liaise with hauliers and logistics teams to arrange and query deliveries
* Stay informed about product details and updates to provide accurate information to customers
Customer Service Advisor Experience:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
* Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
