They are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead their Internal Sales Team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, hitting targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on process improvement and proactive sales, you’ll play a key role in delivering a market-leading experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop the Internal Sales Team to achieve sales and customer service KPIs. Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration. Manage quote requests, orders, and after-sales processes efficiently. Implement proactive sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and report to senior management. Work cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, and external sales to align strategies. Conduct team meetings, one-to-ones, and provide ongoing coaching. Continuously improve processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. The Ideal Candidate: 3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service management (B2B preferred). Strong leadership skills with a track record of team success. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data. Customer-focused approach with a passion for top-tier service. Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools. A driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.
