Job summary An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and committed band 6 nurse to join Dulas Ward at Ysbyty Gwynedd. The nursing team is proactive and innovative with a wealth of knowledge in their field. Dulas ward is an ENT ward who take outliers from the specialities of Respiratory medicine, Orthopaedics and Care of the Elderly. The team are very friendly and supportive and demonstrate fantastic team work. Main duties of the job All applicants are expected to keep abreast with new initiatives and interventions within nursing care. A deputy is expected to drive mandatory training and other courses which are relevant to the ward. Staff will receive induction and support through staff meeting and personal development reviews. In general, this is an exciting and fascinating ward opportunity for professional development and expertise in the field.
