Priory Hospital Market Weighton is a registered male independent hospital, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, behaviours that challenge and mental health issues. Situated in the attractive town of Market Weighton and within a short drive of York and Hull, the service is ideally located for safe, structured and gradual reintegration into the local community. The purpose built hospital is an open service with a locked door policy and can accommodate up to 18 service users in four distinct areas, providing a care pathway to support them in their recovery and rehabilitation. Our aim is to support service users through their care pathway towards their individual goals and is designed to promote autonomy, safety management and transparent collaborative care planning.
We are looking for Hospital Director, ideally with a clinical background. Due to the size and stability of the hospital, we will consider people looking to step up so this could be your next challenge in your career. If you have a background in the below areas, we would like to hear from you:
* Extensive experience working at a senior level; preferably within a similar setting.
* Seasoned leader, with operational and financial planning experience.
* Experience of commercial accountability for cost control and financial performance.
* Experience of making informed decisions sometimes in difficult circumstances.
* Experience of leading a diverse team.
* Extensive managerial & leadership experience with a thorough understanding of developing services for healthcare.
* Strong track record of innovation and making changes to the operation to further improve the work environment and site performance.
