Payroll Manager, c£65,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits, North West, flexible/hyrbrid working, Permanent.
Our client is a successful growing international organisation with an enviable brand and reputation. Due to continued growth and an exciting period of change they now require an experienced Payroll Manager to their team.
Reporting into the Head of Reward and forming part of the wider Payroll and Reward team this is a varied role where you will take full ownership of UK and European payroll, leading on a variety of projects around process improvement and system implementation/migration, whilst also being given the opportunity to get involved in wider reward projects including salary sacrifice and international benefits. As the most senior Payroll member you will lead and develop the team whilst partnering with the business to ensure that a first class payroll service is delivered, working with your colleagues and external providers to manage the smooth implementation of new systems whilst ensuring that slick processes are in place and that compliance is adhered to
An experienced Payroll and Project Manager, you will be customer-focused and personable with a professional manor and excellent attention to detail ideally with prior experience of leading and delivering on Payroll Projects. You will have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, gained from your time within a growing, fast paced, multi-site environment.
