JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer

SALARY: £35,000-£45,000
HOURS: Full time, Monday - Friday, flexible start times
8.30/8.45/9.00 am - 5.00/5.15/5.30 pm

THE ROLE: As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality conveyancing service. Your key responsibilities will include meeting agreed fee targets while maintaining high professional standards, maintaining organised file and document records, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Duties include:
Meet set fee targets while upholding high professional standards.
Responsible for providing conveyancing service with minimal supervision even under pressure.
Maintain meticulous file and document records to ensure organisation and efficiency.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Foster positive relationships with colleagues, working collaboratively to achieve team goals.
Effectively manage and supervise Legal Assistants to maximise productivity.
Provide comprehensive updates on the status of ongoing work.
Identify and analyse sources of work to contribute to business development efforts.
Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to generate new business.
Embrace new technology and leverage its potential to enhance efficiency.
Proactively pursue opportunities aligned with the organisation's profile.
Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and ensure accuracy in every task.
Maintain an unwavering commitment to meeting all commitments, regardless of conflicting priorities.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Relevant Residential Conveyancer professional qualification
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and supervise Legal Assistants for maximum efficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in the use of MS Office and Case Management Systems
A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities for business development
Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate additional sources of work
Willingness to embrace new technologies and tools to improve efficiency
A positive attitude, determination, and a willingness to go above and beyond
