The Role: As a Systems & Data Support Analyst, you'll provide 1st-line support, configure databases, and develop SQL reports to help clients maximise their data usage. You'll engage with users to understand their needs, ensuring that systems are configured effectively while identifying ways to enhance their experience. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Providing 1st line support for system users. Developing SQL queries to create insightful data reports. Running workshops to gather and document user needs. Maintaining client relationships, analysing issues, and advising on improvements. Delivering online training sessions (where required). Skills & Experience Required: Essential: Ability to write and run SQL queries for data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organisational skills and ability to meet project deadlines. Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
