What We’re Looking For:
1. A qualified RGN, RMN, or RNLD with a valid NMC pin.
2. Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a care home setting.
3. A strong communicator and team leader, passionate about high-quality, person-centred care.
4. Organised with excellent clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
The Role:
As Nurse Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to residents. You’ll lead, support, and inspire a team of dedicated staff, maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.
