EPOS Technical Support EngineerHigh Wycombe £27,000 to £30,000 This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced EPOS Technical Support Engineer, to join a fabulous company in High Wycombe. This position is 5 days in the office, Monday to Friday As the EPOS Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for: Providing first line remote support to EPOS system users. Answering direct calls and enquiries from users. Diagnosing and rectifying issues to meet user expectations. Escalate any complex problems to the software developers where necessary. Assisting the implementation manager with remote EPOS system implementation tasks such as delivering remote training sessions and equipment setup support. Remotely support new members through their FPOS installations. Provide initial system tour and training to new members. This is a position which will grow as the client base grows, giving you he chance to become an integral part of what is current a small team but growing. In order to be successful in your application for the EPOS Technical Support Engineer, you should have: An EPOS or IT background Excellent Customer Skills Any retail experience would be useful - even if you've previously worked in a shop and understand EPOS from a user perspective.
