This fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic role involves selling our market-leading digital transformation solutions across the organisation including to C-level executives. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing deals. Your key responsibilities will include:
* In-depth Research: Investigate target organisations to uncover critical issues, overlooked opportunities, and strategic challenges. Align these insights with trends and demands within their broader market sectors.
* Solution Selling: Leverage your deep understanding of VerseOne’s unique solutions to build meaningful relationships. Effectively communicate the benefits and ROI to position these solutions as essential for addressing customers’ challenges.
* Executive Engagement: Present and demonstrate our solutions to C-level executives, while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders across the entire organisation – classical multi level selling.
* Negotiation & Deal Management: Navigate complex agreements with confidence, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and VerseOne.
Key requirements:
* 5+ years b2b SaaS sales experience.
* Proven successful sales experience of achieving targets.
* Proven Tender management and delivery experience.
* Enjoy working and taking pride in achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a desire to chase down deals.
* Ability to carry out the entire sales cycle (cold call, demonstrations, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and close).
* Ability to work under pressure with a diligent and consistent work ethic.
* An outgoing personality, determined attitude, good listening skills and a drive to be the best.
* Must be PC literate, able to write professional business emails and compelling proposals.
* Familiarity using CRM systems preferably SalesForce.
* An understanding of selling to the public sector would be highly advantageous.
