1. Degree in Architecture/Architectural Technology.
2. A portfolio of significant experience working as a Technical Architect.
3. Post qualification evidence of CPD / RIBA core curriculum topics.
4. Technical design experience working as part of a design team with a variety of clients, stakeholders and consultants.
5. Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to use own initiative to plan, manage, and prioritise own work programme, projects, and other resources.
6. Well-developed interpersonal skills to work effectively and collaborate with internal and external teams, with an ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, and reconcile differences.
7. Knowledge of current & emerging technical design, construction and environmental issues, legislative requirements, and statutory responsibilities pertaining to the role.
8. Proficient in, and with demonstrable working knowledge of Revit for both 3D collaborative design and 2D production information output.
