Salary Scale: £95- £115 per day
Status: Full Time/Part time

GSL Educationare currently seeking to appoint a qualified and enthusiastic Behaviour Support to undertake a position at one of our client schools in Rotherham.
Job Summary: The role of a Behaviour Support professional in schools is critical in creating a positive and conducive learning environment. They work with students, teachers, and other school staff to manage and improve student behavior, ensuring that all students can learn effectively and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural needs.
* Develop and implement behaviour management strategies.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to create a positive learning environment.
* Monitor and track student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
* Contribute to the overall well-being and academic success of students.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role or working with children with behavioural challenges.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
