Streetworks Coordinator
TRC are partnered with a company looking to hire an experienced Streetworks Coordinator to join their existing team in Leeds. You will play a key role in supporting the fibre coordinators, being responsible for all aspects of the Streetworks process.

Job Type: Temp-perm
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 with 1 hour lunch break.
These duties include but are not limited to:
1. Management of Streetworks noticing from raising, closing and registering.
2. Chasing of notice information where applicable, ensuring Streetworks timescales are met.
3. Tracking notice/permit applications.
4. Arranging traffic management (TM), ensuring the correct TM is booked in for each job.
5. Completion of TTRO forms where applicable.
6. Work with the wider team in resolving delays and disruptions to the program.
7. Working with both office and field staff.
8. Liaise with the local highways authorities where appropriate.
9. Scheduling works as per the program, including distribution of job packs and safe dig prints.
10. Tracking of works activities, keeping accurate records and updates.
11. Creation and updates to SLD's.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
2. Experience of Street Manager or equivalent systems (Symology, Solo, Bentley).
3. Effective and clear communicator, both written and verbal.
4. Team player.
5. Competent use of Microsoft Office packages.
