Job Description
Are you a qualified accountant with a passion for driving business performance? We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you'll play an essential part in reporting and analysis to help shape strategic decision-making, supporting the growth and success of our Sports & Gaming business.
What you will be doing:
1. Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly reporting cycles for commercial performance including presentation to senior stakeholders.
2. Responsible for managing and delivering on ad-hoc analysis requests from a range of stakeholders across the business.
3. Own the ongoing performance trends into ongoing risk & ops vs budget and monthly forecasts across Sports & Gaming.
4. Supporting key strategic projects, delivering performance reporting and analysis to be used to support business cases and post-investment appraisal.
5. Build excellent relationships with our BI team and drive delivery of analysis/reporting through them.
6. Business partnering a number of Head Office functions, including the Sportsbook, Gaming and Marketing commercial teams - getting under the skin of what is influencing performance.
7. Utilising data teams to automate reports and dig deeper into drivers of performance while supporting with Player Safety Impact Analysis.
8. Have a keen eye on the industry to understand how market factors impact our business, keeping up to date with latest trends and innovations.
Who we are looking for:

2. Have exposure in a commercial finance setting, ideally in a revenue focused setting.
3. Have advanced MS Excel skills and ability to take on a problem statement and turn it into actionable insight for stakeholders.
4. Have the ability to build stakeholder relationships, be self-motivated, a team player, and a logical thinker with attention to detail.
