Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator required to join a leading engineering supplier.
The Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator shall be office based near Camberley, responsible to plan and schedule the Field Service Engineers' work, provide service support on various pump products, and liaise with customers plus the engineering team. Full product training provided.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in a coordinator, scheduling, or similar customer service role in engineering.
Package:
1. £32,000-£33,000 depending on experience

Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator Role
1. Coordinate the work, assignments, and scheduling of the Service Engineers and profitability of the Service Department.
2. Contacting customers over the phone to book work and plan for engineers.
3. Manage on-call rotas and coordinating annual leave for the Engineering team.
4. Liaise with various engineering departments.
5. Must be able to commute to the office near Camberley.
Service Coordinator / Engineering Coordinator / Service Administrator Requirements
1. Experience working in coordinating, scheduling, service support, or similar customer service role within engineering.
2. The ability to maintain good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.
3. Proven experience as a Service Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Service & Sales Coordinator, Technical Engineer, Sales Administrator, or similar.
4. Experience using Oracle, simPRO, SAP, or similar systems would be advantageous.
5. Must be able to commute to the office near Camberley.
