A unique opportunity has arisen at a senior and strategic level for a commercial property lawyer.
This Manchester / North West HQ firm attracts high calibre lawyers many of whom have practised with larger, Legal 100 firms. Its structure presents a unique and different proposition in the market and one which is very attractive to both lawyers and clients alike.
Instructed by a diverse range of businesses and intermediaries (limited companies, substantial corporates, SMEs, OMBs, IPs, lenders, entrepreneurs and partnerships) transactions cover all aspects including sales and purchase, leasehold, corporate support and property finance.
You will be responsible for leading and developing the real estate team and whilst being afforded a great deal of autonomy, you will be provided with the support of an effective leadership team and other departmental heads and teams.
Gravitas, team leadership and business development skills are essential. A personal following, whilst welcome, is not a pre-requisite. If you are in a position to introduce clients, a tailored package to reflect this added value will be put in place.
The working environment is vibrant and engaging. Commercially astute lawyers working collaboratively and providing clients with a tailored and bespoke service. There is flexibility and a hybrid working policy in place.
