Customer Service Team Member
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Service Team, where they'll play a vital role in delivering top-quality products on time and in an efficient manner.
As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be responsible for interacting with customers, handling their queries, and providing excellent customer service.
You'll need to be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Our automated technology will help you plan your route and load your van efficiently, ensuring you can deliver quality goods on time.
While others might call this a delivery driver job, we prefer to think of it as a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:
* Full UK or EU driving licence
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience
* Maximum of 6 penalty points on your licence
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
* Be over 18 years old (as some deliveries involve handling alcohol products)

Contract Details:
* Permanent contract
* 40 hours per week (including paid breaks)
* Flexible shift patterns, including AM & PM shifts
* Lunar pay structure – paid every 4 weeks
