My client is seeking a dedicated and versatile Administrator focusing on Utilities Accounts and General Administration.
My client is a large commercial property company based in Birmingham that supports household brands with real estate solutions.
As Administrator (Utilities and General Administration), you will:
* Manage utility accounts (gas, electricity, water, etc.), including setting up, transferring, and closing accounts as needed.
* Liaise with utility providers to resolve issues or discrepancies.
* Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
* Maintain accurate records of utility bills and payments.
* Prepare and process invoices related to utilities and other administrative services.
* Support other departments with general administrative duties as required.
The most successful candidate for Administrator (Utilities and General Administration) will require a proactive nature with the ability to adapt to different responsibilities as needed.
Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience.
