Our city centre based Client is seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Coordinator / PA to the Head of People to join their HR team. This role offers a variety of responsibilities, including:
1. Diary management
2. Committee meetings
3. Managing recruitment and onboarding
4. Ensuring accuracy and compliance in personnel record-keeping
5. Payroll
6. Supporting the wider HR team, Head of People, and EDI Manager on key initiatives
Additionally, the successful candidate will be a key support for employees and line managers across the business.
The successful candidate will have previous PA and HR experience, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be IT proficient, experienced in minute-taking, have exceptional organisational skills, effective time management, and the ability to prioritise a diverse and evolving workload for success in this role.
