As a Finance Director at Procter & Gamble, you will be a strategic partner in driving financial analysis and decision-making within the sales and customer team functions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to co-lead strategic choices and execute sales fundamentals to deliver positive, balanced, and consistent value creation. In this role, you will leverage your financial expertise to provide financial insights, support business planning, and ensure financial stewardship and compliance. You will play a critical role in driving the financial success of P&G's sales and customer teams.
Responsibilities of the role
* Co-lead strategic choices and end-to-end execution across customer teams to deliver positive value creation.
* Provide financial insights and analysis to support sales fundamentals, including pricing, promotion, trade terms, and retailer margin.
* Lead Finance team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives are aligned with business goals.
* Support joint business planning with customers, focusing on financial analysis and value creation.
* Drive financial stewardship and compliance through adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
* Support financial forecasting, budget management, and financial reporting for sales and customer teams.
* Analyze financial performance and provide insights to drive process improvements and cost savings.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business decisions and optimize financial outcomes.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales finance and customer team functions.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, sales finance, or related roles, preferably in a multinational company or FMCG industry.
* Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
* Understanding of sales fundamentals, pricing, promotion, and trade terms.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence sales organization decisions.
* Knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and financial compliance.
* Proven ability to handle complex financial analysis, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Leadership abilities and the capacity to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
