Hays Accountancy and Finance are working with a company based in Lisburn who are dedicated to supporting children with additional needs to feel supported both physically and emotionally, distributing their products through direct sales in UK and Ireland and market leaders in distribution worldwide.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will ensure the timely processing of payments to vendors and suppliers as well as maintaining strong financial control over the company’s expenses. You will foster good relationships with vendors through prompt and accurate payments.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be educated to GCSE level with a minimum of 5 at grade C or above, and have experience working in a similar post within a finance department, experience of operating a purchase ledger within a computerised financial accounting system, you will have experience of ERP software, be proficient in MS Office and have a good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Previous experience within the manufacturing sector and a good analytical ability with competency in Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.
