We're looking to recruit an experienced customer service advisor, ideally with a background in either a contact sector or other front line support role. You will act as the first point of contact for customers' queries, orders, and complaints. Looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join a fast-growing team and represent the company to the highest standard.
Day to day will include:
1. Answering the phone and dealing with customer enquiries, giving updates on orders, answering questions regarding products, and dealing with any issues or complaints.
2. As above, via e-mail and social media.
3. Escalating any issues to the relevant internal team.
4. Conducting after-sales support check-ins.
5. General data entry and record keeping.
6. Assisting other departments where necessary.
About you:
1. Front line customer service experience is essential for this role. Ideally, you will have worked in the manufacturing, production, or distribution sector, but other relevant industry experience will be considered.
2. Friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to remain professional at all times.
3. Fluent in English both verbal and written.
4. Proficient IT user, adaptable to learning new systems and processes.
5. Able to commute to NG8.
